April has been painted with many layers to create a lovely depth to her slightly olive skin tone , she has subtle veining, and mottling, little scratches and little white spots of milia on her nose as a new baby, limbs sealed with a mixture of Genesis Matte and Satin varnish. April looks beautiful as a boy or girl.
